5 Easy Ways to Lose Weight

1. Eat Healthy Foods

A healthy diet should be rich in fibre
because fibre helps food to move through the body. Better still, foods
that are rich in fibre tend to be low in calories too and leave less room
for other foods, making you feel full. Although there is a general belief
that fat leads to obesity, a diet should include healthy fats because the
body needs fat to function and produce essential fatty acids. Being healthy
brings other benefits besides that all important feel good factor, because
if you are generally healthy you will be more mobile and energetic - this
in itself will promote further weight-loss. Try to also ensure your diet
includes lean proteins, which will keep you feeling full and balance out
the carbohydrates by preventing insulin spikes.

2. Drink
Plenty of Water

If you want to lose weight and keep it off,
drink plenty of water. Water is an appetite suppressant, meaning it reduces
your urge to eat. Water not only flushes out toxins and keeps your body

VERY pleased with this tool. I purchased mine in January 2009 and since
then have used it for numerous jobs, and it's never let me down. I've yet
to have a problem with any of the attachments coming loose during
operation, but admittedly I do tend to over-tighten things. I used it this
week to install a security screen door, which involved sawing through
inch-thick wood along the entire perimeter of the doorway. Worked like a
charm, and the RW9120 saw blade I used was none the worst for the wear.
(The blades that came with this have all held up well.)

I've
read where others here have mentioned about Sonicrafter accessory
availability and selection compared to other brands of similar tools.
Rockwell recently introduced an adapter -- RW9190 -- that allows Fein,
Bosch and Dremel accessories to fit onto the Sonicrafter tool. I don't have
the adapter yet -- haven't needed it -- but it might come in handy to have
on hand due to the ready availability of accessories for those competing

My bank will be getting in touch with you. I talked with a representative

I do not believe that a company like yours would take such a position as

without permission, they take a I do not care attitude and refuse to do
