I ordered and received the New body shaper in nude for $39.95 and supposedly was allowed to receive the bottoms in nude and a black set for free. When I received the items I was charged $9.95 processing/handling for each item that was supposed to be free, plus $9.95 for shipping.
I wanted to return the products, and found information on the back of the invoice that the only returnable item is the New Body Shaper Top in nude.
I tried them on but the bottoms were so difficult getting on, and so tight around the waist (binding) that it made me physically ill to wear them for less than 2 hours!
When I discovered it was past the 30 days to return the top, I tried to call the customer service phone #888-596-2761 to ask what I could do with the items I do not ever plan on using. Their message is a loop that continues to offer "press one for..., press two for..." and returns to the main menu without allowing you to talk to anyone. You get the picture.
Anyway now I have spent $79.95 on products that I don't want without any recourse. What an experience! I will never buy anything I see on a television infomercial again.

Kymaro New Body Shaper changed my life! This product is incredible! I'm a 53-year old retiree with alittle extra baggage. I'm not young anymore and my body isn't what it used to be. My husband and I saw this infomercial and were sucked in right away by the promise of smoothing back rolls and tummy chub. I did a little research and went online to see what other people have said about this product. Some people were not happy with it, but those who were happy, had an amazing experience. I figured it was worth a shot so I placed my order online. Their website was easy to navigate and I placed my order in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a size 3 top and a size 3 bottom. And I also added on the black set. My total came to $87 for all of that plus expedited shipping. I got my package in 4 days and was anxious to see my results. I put it on and couldn't believe my eyes! My husband said I looked like I did when I was 30. My back was smooth, my flappy skin was in place and my legs look amazing! I like that I can mix and match the nude and black pieces and that they are so discreet. After handwashing the first time, they were even softer and more comfrotable than the first time I tried them on! I never leave the house without my body shaper on underneath. It makes me feel slim and dry and comfortable under my clothes. I don't know how I went so long without one. I recommend this to everyone I know. Its definitely worth the money and it money well spent!!

This product is worth the money! I have never felt so slim and so beautiful since before I had my kids.
